Tratak meditation:
- 1. Participants practice candle-gazing Trataka
- Reflect on how often their mind wanders and discuss strategies to maintain focus in high-pressure leadership situations.
- 2. Session on 3rd eye meditation to strengthen intuitive decision-making
- Participants are given a complex leadership scenario to solve. They reflect on whether their mental clarity improved after the meditation.
Mindful Leadership:
- 1. Session on Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Resilience,
- 2. Session on Vairagya & Nishkam Karma (non-attachment)
- Emotional resilience to stop being overly attached to success, failure, or praise. (Controlling emotions & making decisions with clarity)
